Error: Blogger Changes Default Language from English to German

David Van Couvering is not too happy with the intelligence of Blogger. He says: I am in the Heathrow Airport, and when I go to my Blogger page, it presents everything in German. Automatically.

I finally found this blog by Amit Agarwal that says I have to remove my temp folder and then set my default language at http://www.blogger.com/language.g. Link.
